About the position

As a Customer Service Representative at Tarkett, you are a key person in contact with our customers. You will handle order placement, deliveries, complaints, and customer inquiries via phone, email, EDI, and web channels. The role also involves administration related to customer data and business systems. You will work with both corporate and private customers. You will be part of a positive and collaborative team in our modern premises in the Umestan business park. Scope: Full-time
Start: By agreement



Your main responsibilities:
  • Manage orders, deliveries, and complaints
  • Provide support to customers and colleagues regarding our products and services
  • Administer and update customer information

About you

We are looking for someone who loves to provide good service and thrives in a varied and customer-facing role. You are confident, self-driven, and see solutions rather than problems. To succeed with us, you need to be curious, analytical, attentive, and have good communication skills.



We would like you to have:
  • At least a high school education
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or support
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with Office Suite and digital tools

It is a plus if you also have:
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital communication, or SAP
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Services Act, Consumer Purchase Act, or ABM07
